& Analysis of Constitutional Principles

A Truth and Constitution-First Approach

Our mission is empowerment: to shine the light of truth upon the true meaning and spirit of the Constitution so that its fundamental principles – including the true meaning of sovereignty vested in the People –– may be embodied. We do this through reviewing Supreme Court decisions and writing Analysis Articles on important foundational principles to identify where the Court has faithfully applied the Constitution, and where it departed from it to alter the nature or form of government. We honor full transparency and provide all sources.
